PH is currently a paid site, but still my favorite board ever.

Easy Hash Browns

  • 1 potato, shredded

  • Salt, pepper and onion powder
  • Nonstick Spray

Shred the potato with a cheese shredder. Coat a skillet with nonstick spray. Place on a medium heat. Plop the potatoes in the skillet. Press them down and scootch them together into a flat pancake. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and onion powder. Fry for a couple of minutes, or until the underside is lightly browned. Flip and brown the second side. It takes about 5 minutes of cooking all together. The potatoes will stick together nicely and make a delicious addition to your breakfast table. Our favorite way to serve them is topped with a fried egg.

To make more than one serving at a time shred as many potatoes as desired and fry them on a large griddle instead of a skillet.

And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.  Use hospitality one to another without grudging.  As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.--1 Peter 4:8-10
