Easy Oil & Vinegar Salad Dressing
Combine all of the ingredients in a screw-top jar or a cruet. Screw on the lid and shake vigorously to blend. Serve right away or chill until serving time. Keeps for at least a couple of weeks in the fridge. The nonstick spray is optional, it makes the dressing stay combined longer after shaking. Makes about 2/3-cup or about 11 servings, 1-tablespoon each.
