Easy Oil & Vinegar Salad Dressing
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2-second spritz of Nonstick Spray, optional
Combine all of the ingredients in a screw-top jar or a cruet. Screw
on the lid and shake vigorously to blend. Serve right away or chill
until serving time. Keeps for at least a couple of weeks in the
fridge. The nonstick spray is optional, it makes the dressing stay
combined longer after shaking. Makes about 2/3-cup or about 11
servings, 1-tablespoon each.
