Light Thousand Island Dressing
Combine all of the ingredients in a 10-ounce or larger container. Small, clean, empty ketchup and mustard bottles are ideal. This is the best Thousand Island I've ever tasted. Better than the gourmet brand I once tried at a picnic. Makes a little over 1-cup, or 9 servings; 2-tablespoons each. Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 63 Calories; 4g Fat (53.1% calories from fat); trace Protein; 8g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 7mg Cholesterol; 305mg Sodium. Exchanges: 0 Grain(Starch); 0 Lean Meat; 1 Fat; 1/2 Other Carbohydrates.
