Light Vinaigrette
This recipe goes together very quickly. It's a basic vinaigrette dressing that is low in calories and high in flavor. In an 8-ounce jar combine all of the ingredients spray and shake briskly to combine. Serve immediately or chill for an hour or two before serving. Shake again right before measuring. One tablespoon will cover 2 cups of salad greens just perfectly. Makes 3/4-cup or 12 servings, 1-tablespoon each. Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 43 Calories; 5g Fat (94.3% calories from fat); trace Protein; 1g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 89mg Sodium.
