Veggie Stirfry

Gluten free Teriyaki sauce is hard to find and pricey too. You can make your own for a fraction of the cost. Some homemade versions of store-bought items take a lot of time to make. This isn’t one of them. Teriyaki sauce can be made in 2-minutes and it keeps in the fridge for many, many months. Never spend your hard-earned cash on teriyaki sauce again. Simply make your own and be done with it.

Note, in this recipe as in all my other recipes, I have not specified gluten free soy sauce. I assume you know enough to choose the gluten free version of this ingredient, and any other ingredient listed in any of my recipes. Always read the label. Always.

Super Easy Homemade Gluten Free Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup regular OR low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup OR 1/4 cup EACH water and honey
  • 1 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

 Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a clean jar. Screw on the lid and shake vigorously. Use anywhere you would normally use store-bought Teriyaki sauce. Store leftovers in the fridge for several months. Makes about 1-cup.
